2010 CAMP INFO:

July 12 th - 17 th - Jr. Week (For those entering 4 th to 7 th grades)
July 19 th - 24 th - Sr. Week (For those entering 8 th to Post-Grad)

Arrival times on Monday are: 2:00PM – 4:00PM
NOTE: Cabin assignments will NOT be made before 2:00PM

Pick-up times on Saturday are : 7:30AM – 8:00AM

DETAILS:


All campers must have a Camp Registration Form
signed by a parent or guardian before entering camp.

(NOTE: A REGISTERED NURSE WILL BE ON DUTY BOTH WEEKS )


What to bring:

  • KJV BIBLE & a Pen (notebooks will be provided)
  • Sleeping bag (or bedroll) with pillow & teddy bear
  • Personal items (deodorant, toothbrush, comb, etc.)
  • Bath towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, etc.
  • Casual & dress clothes for 6 days (Don't forget to
  • pack warm clothing, a jacket, and clean underwear!)
  • Extra money for canteen, the book table & a T-shirt
  • (Canteen punchcards are $10 for Jr's, $15 for Sr's)


What NOT to bring:

  • NO iPods, MP3s, electronic games, or game systems
  • NO fireworks, lighters or matches
  • NO alcohol, tobacco, firearms or illegal drugs
  • NO flashlights, please (they are not needed)
    NO pop, candy, or junk food allowed in the cabins
  • (It attract ants, raccoons, skunks and Bears!)
    Fishing gear (for Junior Week) is provided by the camp


  1. CAMP REGULATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  1. A strict "hands off" policy will be enforced at all times.
  2. No person will be permitted to leave the campgrounds without permission from the Camp Dean.
    Hours and Off-limits will be strictly enforced.
  3. Choice of cabins will be in the hands of the Camp Officials.
  4. In case of disobedience to camp authority, the camp reserves the right to send such youth home
    without returning tuition.
  5. Parents, no phone calls, please, except in an emergency.
  6. No Flip Flops at athletic events.

As a Christian Camp, we wish to uphold Biblical principles of modesty:


Girls:


Dresses shall be worn to the evening services
Dresses (with slips if needed) no shorter than knee length
No slits
No shorts or tank tops
No body-piercing jewelry, please


Boys:


No shorts or tank top
Dress pants and shirt with collars shall be worn
to the evening service
No ear rings, body piercing or excessive jewelry
