Application Process
Apply at the end of your Senior year of high school, and each eligible year thereafter, by submitting your application during the Application Window of April 15 — August 15 in order to be considered for the upcoming college year.
Ensure that you meet the qualifications for the scholarship:
Your church contributes to the Northern Plains Independent Baptist Fellowship scholarship fund. You may speak to your Pastor to find out more.
You attended Black Hills Baptist Camp at least once during your high school years.
You are applying to one of the approved Baptist schools, colleges, institutions, or universities.
You are enrolling in one of the approved one-year, two-year, or four-year ministry or education programs for either online or on-campus learning.
Print and submit the appropriate, completed scholarship application.
Applications MUST BE RECEIVED no later than midnight, August 15.
Submit an online request for recommendation forms to be emailed to your pastor and one other person (a non-relative) who knows you. This step is only necessary for your first year application process.

Submit Two Personal Recommendations
You must submit two personal recommendations along with your first-year application for any scholarship:
A recommendation from your Pastor
A recommendation from a non-related person (such as a teacher, employer, coworker, neighbor, friend, acquaintance, or someone in your church)
We will send a recommendation request to these two individuals on your behalf. They will respond directly back to us. After completing the request form below, no further action is needed from you.
